Calm & Stretch

A serene & restorative experience designed to promote relaxation & enhance flexibility. This class combines gentle yoga poses with mindfulness & deep stretching techniques to release tension & promote a sense of calm and rejuvenation. It’s an excellent choice if you are seeking stress relief, improved range of motion, & an overall sense of well-being, making it a perfect choice for unwinding and revitalizing the body and mind.

Strength & Stretch

We engage in a dynamic blend of yoga poses & strength-building exercises to enhance both flexibility & muscle tone. This class offers a well-rounded approach, incorporating yoga postures with elements of resistance & balance work. It’s a great choice if you are looking to improve your physical endurance, increase overall strength, & achieve a harmonious balance between flexibility & muscle development in a single session.

Flow Combination
